The nurse's are fantastic. They care. Always asking how I am doing, and then providing advice, AND following up to make sure everything is good. They take care of me. They smile, and make me smile. They listen, repeat... THEY LISTEN! They inquire, but don't push, about how things are going in general. My only wish is that the V.A. would allow Brightstar to do more.
BrightStar Care, Plymouth went above and beyond to help us navigate the complex VA process for my Veteran, quadriplegic, brother from day 1. Their team, Nayomie, Samantha, Messeana, Pam and Kris) show immense empathy and expertise every day. They communicated clearly at every step. They are caring for his wound (pressure ulcer) and are very compassionate throughout his daily healing and recovery process. Punctual, professional and we don’t know what we would do without them!
The team was very caring. Always on time and great communication. Really helped me become more independent. When i got home from hospital pt and ot was great making me work to get stronger. Tina the nurse is amazing. She is very thorough with my medicine and body. I honestly can't say anything bad, everyone on the team was just amazing.
