I had the most incredible experience ordering from Watertown Floral & Gift Co! I ordered a flower arrangement for my friend whose father passed away and it just happened to be right after a major flower holiday (Mother’s Day), and they immediately contacted me to let me know that they didn’t have the flowers needed for that particular arrangement. I really appreciated the transparency!! They gave me the option to cancel my order, or choose something else and they were so incredibly kind. Husband stopped here on the way home for a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Valentines Day. He walked in and told the owner what he was looking for and to say the least, she exceeded our expectations. Will make this our one stop shop for all our floral needs.
