I ordered a flower arrangement for my friend whose father passed away and it just happened to be right after a major flower holiday (Mother’s Day), and they immediately contacted me to let me know that they didn’t have the flowers needed for that particular arrangement. I really appreciated the transparency!! They gave me the option to cancel my order, or choose something else and they were so incredibly kind. They also offered me the option of a custom blooming dish garden because it was available and could be delivered sooner. The customer service was above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone! My friend loved what was delivered to her and was very excited to have a plant that can flourish for a long time.
