Bouquets in Bloom
“Thank you for making it up to me and sending me a complimentary flower with a vase. What started as a disappointing day, was made up with an act of kindness. As human beings, we need to be kind no matter the situation and matter what we’re going through. Being a business owner myself of a bridal boutique, I understand it’s always important to be professional and to always be kind, because it’s the right thing to do and the human thing to do. But I also understand we may fall sometimes and we should be going out of our ways to make things right, not for business or reputation but as a human being.
Thank you Cheryl, and I wish you more success in your business.”
