We had a wonderful experience with SRP Heating and Cooling. From the initial contact via their website to the follow-up and questions we had after the installation, our experience was terrific! The technicians were very respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves and answered questions we had during and after the installation. We are now saving money every month on our City of Waseca utility bills and I only wish I would have done this sooner. Absolutely wonderful company with quality work and professional employees. Fair pricing, lower than my other quotes and no surprises. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews- my guess is that they are people who are trying to deflect from not paying their own bills. High quality work for a great price!My water heater went out and they had the replacement in within a day. They were happy to take the time help me make an educated decision without trying to up sale me. Their technicians were well trained and the work was very neat. They even did a free furnace inspection while they were waiting for the water heater to fill. They will be the only company I call for all my HVAC and plumbing needs!
