Travis was very easy to work with. He was very communicative during the process of getting my laptop fixed. He let me know the cost and provided me with several options. The turn around time to completion of my repair request was very fast and he worked with me to get me what I needed to submit for my extended warranty. He was also willing to work with my schedule and set an appointment after working hours, so I did not have to take off work. Great service, great experience. Would definitely go back.
