Petco Vaccination Clinic

I went in for a three year rabies vaccine and the vet gave my dog a one year. Called the customer service line they told me to call Petco and they had no idea who to call to make a complaint or get a refund

It was a customer service mess from beginning to end. I did not need rabies but was put into a package with rabies raising cost by the first rep, second rep quoted me a new rate, did the vaccines, then I was given a receipt with 2 different prices for each dog that received the same service. Third rep brought a new receipt and raised both rates to match the higher cost because the 2nd rep price matched incorrectly.

If I could afford to do vaccines at my normal vet I would, instead I put up with this disaster of a customer service nightmare.

I took my cats to Vetco to get their annual vaccines. Leslie Reed was the Veterinarian working at the Waite Park, MN location. About a week after my 1st cat's appointment with her, all of my cats started showing signs of Demodex Mange infection. To me it is obvious that my cat picked something up from this unclean Vetco location and brought it home to my other two cats. I am writing this review because she was very unprofessional and rude to me when I expressed my concerns about the lack of infection control in that clinic.
