Had been going here for years and it was wonderful. Never had any problems and the service had been great. They contacted me today to let me know my insurance was no longer accepted which sucks, but I understand this is a business and insurance companies suck to deal with. The problem is I had an appointment in three days. 3 DAYS! My appointment was scheduled 3 months ago and they waited until 3 days before my appointment to let me know they don't take my insurance anymore. No explanation why. Notices were sent. When you change what insurance your practice accepts, you should be notifying all of your patients, at bare minimum 30 days in advance of the change. Very unprofessional. To make matters worse, I just double checked and their website still says they accept my insurance.

Becky and everyone else at GC Family Eye Care are beyond fantastic. I have struggled with my vision since a childhood accident almost took my right eye. I've been to MANY optometrists over the years but nobody has been as thorough, caring and understanding with my vision issues as Becky and the crew. Great frame selection and amazing customer service. I'll never go anywhere else!

Recently moved to St Cloud and had to search for new eye care, found myself going here and im happy to say it lived up to the reviews. Vibes are great, staff are very welcoming and scheduling an appointment was easy. Great follow up communication and I got my new glasses with no issues

My family has been going to this practice for over 20 years, and we've never had anything but great service! The doctor is knowledgeable and kind, and the rest of the staff are helpful. Two of my family members have differing abilities, and Dr. Hofer does a fantastic job with both of them every single time she interacts with them. I highly recommend this eye clinic!

The staff at Granite City Family Eye Care are very professional, friendly & nice. Dr. Becky is the best. She is so thorough in her examinations. She is so friendly and nice. She explains everything that makes it easy to understand. I know that I'm getting the best care possible for my eyes when I see her.

My husband gets his contacts, and I get my glasses here. Wonderful, caring staff that treats us both well. We are never rushed into or out of yearly eye exams. Feels more like small town business than corporate owned city store, where we are a number. I love these beautiful, professional, lightweight glasses!
