Same complaint others have posted. Scheduled 2appts. The first one was a no show. They didn't assign a tech apparently. The second one was from 1-230p and at 3p the tech texted he wasn't coming because he wasn't in my area today. He told me it was a free inspection and asked what did i expect when i reached out to him. 0 out of 5 stars if i could.

Absolutely horrible, unprofessional. Irresponsible service. Someone I personally know used this service for bedbugs and they continued to spread and spread fir a year this went on, throughout the facility until another service was hired that totally eradicated the problem in two weeks time.

Said they would be there between hours of 1-5 pm.Sends a TEXT at 4:25 PM saying they won’t be able to make and it cannot reschedule at this time. Letting me know 35 minutes prior to the end of their arrival window when I took the entire afternoon off work and waited all afternoon. Other competitors in the area closed in 5 minutes, too late to reschedule elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend their poor professionalism and reliability.
