Nolan and Branden have been great. They came as soon as possible when we first called. They were very thorough in checking how much possible damage there was. They walked us through what might be needed to repair and recommended how to start to minimize the damage. Any questions we have had they answered or directed us where to find the answer. They have been respectful, friendly and never tried to push the company. Their actions and help have shown the quality of the company as well as themselves.

James and Brendan (?) were so nice and respectful. I had a mold inspection to satisfy a requirement of lender underwriting for a re-fi. Turned out what was expected mold was only staining on the ceiling, so I got off scott-free for mold remediation! I love the HONESTY and recommend this company to everyone!

From start to finish precision restoration was great to work with. We had a small area of mold in our laundry room. They responded quickly to our initial call to assess. They cleared and treated the mold squeezing the remediation in when we were already planned to be out of our house. They were transparent about timing on finishing the project as it was a busy time of the year for them. I appreciated every technicians professionalism as they entered our home. When the project was finished there was a small issue with a water softener part that was damaged, they fixed the issue by the next business day fully covering the cost.
