While I appreciate the time and effort that goes into providing salon services, I found the overall interaction to be less positive than expected. During my appointment, Kelley’s demeanor came across as somewhat dismissive, which made it difficult to feel fully comfortable expressing my preferences.
Additionally, while she was very conversational, I felt that my input was not always fully heard or acknowledged. Clear, two-way communication is especially important in these settings, and I would have appreciated more attentiveness to my requests and concerns.
I believe that a more client-focused approach, particularly in listening and engaging with customers, would greatly enhance the overall experience. I hope this feedback is helpful and can contribute to improving future client interactions.

Not only is the Beauty Room gorgeous but it is warm, welcoming, clean and they have the friendliest staff. Amber is extremely knowledgeable about the most up to date trends and styles for cuts and color. Amber has a wide variety of hair products for all different hair types and is incredible at helping me find what works best for me! I highly recommend checking out the Beauty Room for your next hair care needs!

Chanda did so so great on my hair!! After I had a Nightmare of an experience at a different Salon Chanda completely fixed what the last Salon messed up THREE times on! I would highly recommend her services, I am so satisfied with my color I dont think I will be changing my color anytime soon!Service: Hair highlighting

I had made appointment the lady canceled within 3 hours of my appointment due to sick child. Then gave me a time a week later that didn't work out and told her I needed after 430 then never called back the next day. Bad customer service. Would not recommend this salon at all.
