My daughter and I both had hair cuts by Hannah she did a phenomenal job. She clearly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The salon overall is very clean and the staff is so friendly.
I just returned from my appointment with Hannah and I've got to say that you have a customer for life. I have never had such a wonderful experience with another salon. Hannah was attentive to my needs for my hair and she went above and beyond. I left with tears (of happiness) and lots of confidence after I entered with very little. I have been going to Pure Identity Spa since 2020 for my haircuts. I have never had a bad experience and in fact I get treated exceptionally each time. The staff is friendly, easily the friendliest of all of the businesses I frequent. They are always on time; I've never had to wait more than a few minutes but most important I get the best haircuts ever. Every time.
