Horrible experience. Owner knowingly does business with an online flower shop that is a scam. I ordered Mothers Day flowers for my mom. They got delivered to the wrong address and were not even close to the flowers i ordered. Owner admits he negotiates fees with this online company and has no idea what you think you ordered. He just gives you the flowers this company pays him. He was zero help and could have cared less that he works with a scam online shop. Very disappointed and he offered nothing ti correct the situation. Told me to call the place to get a refund but there is no people that answer number from site online. He will continue to care less that he is scamming people and making money. What a shame!

The Blossom Shop goes above and beyond! I couldn't have been more pleased with the product or the delivery. The recipient was thrilled, too, and commented on how nice they were to her. Kudo's!

Dissatisfied. With the flowers that I ordered from blossoms. I showed The MAN the picture of what I wanted, said, I wanted exactly that arrangement, and I got something totally different that I really do not like. The owner was kind enough to rearrange things for me, but it’s still not what I wanted and he did not offer any discounts. Just an apology. I won’t bother again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered. I gave the phone number of the recipient but unknown to me, that number changed. Rather than call me for a new number they just didn't deliver the flowers. I had to do the follow up. The florist did send the flowers but this completely ruined the surprise. A good company would have followed up with me if the phone number of the recipient didn't work.
