These are by far the RUDEST people I've ever done business with. I've been sworn at and shouted at by a repairman, a separate delivery driver threw ice at my dog and every time I've called to PAY THEM the women on the phone shout at me.Today I stopped in in person to avoid communications issues and they were every bit as rude in person. I've never had anyone, ever, be rude when I'm trying to give them hundreds of dollars.Will be switching companies ASAP.Do not. Sign up here.

Poor communication. The woman who answered the phone does not listen to instructions like not to have the person coming over call my husband on the phone cause he won’t be able to deal with the delivery. The guys that came over didn’t give me a full propane tank. Did not communicate with me about it even though I was available. There is a woman working there and she’s actually very grouchy. I can tell that me being nervous is agitating her. Just made her all the less helpful and more uncomfortable to deal with. Doesn’t give ample time to be at home when there is a delivery. And then they don’t even finish the job before leaving.
