I've had wonderful experiences here with all of the staff. The front desk is caring and helpful, I've had several of the doctors over the years and they are all excellent. Dr aluni helped us last time when our cat was really sick, we were going there 3 plus times per week. He was so helpful, texted to check in with us, and wanted updates to ensure the treatments were working. I am so happy with this hospital and the care we received.

Fantastic service ,I wasn't even a client but when my vet was closed Northland took my injured dog in their care immediately without an appointment. Unlike a vet on the south side of town with the nerve to have the word CARES in their name who wouldn't interrupt lunch or see him for 2to3 hours and an up front 400 dollar fee . Not very compassionate for an animal clinic. Northland is now my veterinarian of choice .Thankyou for the wonderful care.

Just awful! We have been bringing our cat here for 4 years. Dr Brian was excellent and very gentle with our little guy. Sadly, our sweet kitty died last night at home. We tried calling the emergency number but nobody answered. Husband then called this morning to let them know our cat had died and to see what we should do next about getting him cremated. The extremely rude receptionist couldn't care less about our loss and instead of saying sorry or offering condolences decided to complain about her computer system being down instead. My husband who is of course still heartbroken was flabbergasted and just hung up! we ended up bringing our kitty to Hibbing instead, the people there were so kind and caring! We are also pretty sure that a woman vet at this Clinic messed up our cat because when we got him he was fine and after a visit with her once he turned into a completely different cat and aged 10 years overnight and kept having problems. I think he was dropped or poisoned. Will not recommend to anyone!! If you have no empathy you have no business working in an Animal Care Clinic.

Hello I would and will refer any and all friends and family to these beautiful people they are so kind caring and understanding .It was a hard time for me dealing with the death of my dog and having covid on top of it they came out to my truck with the paper work n came out talked to us about procedures and came out and grabbed the box holding the dog was a great experience thank you all for being there and being so nice and helpful.We Thank you again Curt Porter and Stacie Rager.
