Our furnace went out late on a Friday night, I called R&S HVAC because of the sticker on our furnace. They responded very quickly and even though there was nothing that could be done that night Aaron was able to tell me where to buy replacement parts on Saturday morning. As I was driving home with new part Aaron checked in again! 12 hours from time our furnace went down until it was blown heat again on a weekend in January is pretty awesome! Highly recommend R&S HVAC for great customer support!

I would highly recommend R&S HVAC. They are an honest and dependable contractor that did high quality work installing a new furnace for me at a very fair price. Having very little knowledge of HVAC in general, I had three contractors quote the job. Aaron from R&S came out and spent an hour taking measurements and patiently explaining the differences between my options and answering all my questions. While it seemed other contractors were trying to sell the biggest, most expensive option, Aaron wasn't pushy at all and recommended a slightly smaller unit based on his measurements and efficiency of the newer units which ultimately saved me money. Aaron and Louis did a fantastic job replacing my AC unit and upgrading the thermostat to a Nest. The system works better than ever!!! They went above and beyond during the replacement process to ensure it was perfect. They even provided some very helpful info on how-to and maintenance of the system that none of the previous vendors took the time to do. I highly recommend them.
