I had a colonoscopy done by Dr. Hillman at the Vadnais Heights location and the entire process was on time and flawless. Everyone was great from the front desk check in to the nurses to the procedure team. I do not want to get another one but I'll definitely be going back to MNGI for me next one.

Clean, professional, best of the best, I have been there many times due to my high risk and no one performs better. Trustworthy, comforting staff that knows with confidence what to do efficiently. Would not go anywhere else.

The doctor I saw wanted to do nothing besides push drugs. When stated I have addiction in my past and could not take addictive substances he continued to push and push and tried to force me to take them. I asked the front desk to have a manager call me to report this doctor and not one person called. I would avoid this clinic like the plaque.

Made an appointment weeks ago with Dr. Hanson. I didn’t want drive all the way to Vadnais Heights but needed to get in ASAP. I was contacted 20 min prior to them closing the office the night before my appointment to tell me the doctor cancelled. I am IRATE! I have been dealing with painful digestive issues and now they want me to come back in another 2 weeks?! I’LL JUST BE OVER HERE PUKING AND MISERABLE FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS WHILE I WAIT. 0 regard for their patients. I will find a different gastro closer to home.

My recent experience was wonderful. Every person I encountered from the front desk to the checkout nurse treated me with respect and compassion. The staff all work as a team and everything runs in seamless progression. Information and reminders were all very thorough and assured that I would be fully prepared for my procedure. Wonderful team, well planned and functioning facility, and a very positive experience all for a procedure no one looks forward to experiencing.
