Customer service is horrible here. Arrive at my child’s appointment to be told they canceled it. No call. Then they acted as if it was my problem. I had just had surgery earlier that week and had to arrange transportation to get to the appointment too. It would have been no big deal, but my child needed a physical for camp and we were on a time crunch. It wasn’t until I started to call other clinics that they decided they could try to fit us in later that day. Very disappointed. Will not be going back to this clinic ever again.

Christine/Christina (?) in the lab is AMAZING! So sweet and goes through everything in such detail. I HATE getting blood drawn and she was quick and I barely felt anything !

my fathers clinic he’s had a ear infection about 2 months 89 yrs old not high tec never heard of email my chart he’s got a land line and can never reach his doctor and when he dose it’s allways so far out he forgets i’m busy with my own problems but try to help. it’s a mess

I'm here every 3 months for labs, and I've never been disappointed by the staff. They are always courteous and make me comfortable.

Anywhere you see M Health Fairview, run. Run as far and as fast away from it as you can. You've been warned. Don't heed my advice and you will surely bare witness to the horrors of medical science.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! The receptionists are rude and the doctors could care less about addressing your issues. I saw Dr Bowen because the first available appointment with my primary physician was too far out. She rushed me in the exam room and continued to cut me off when I was trying to explain my concerns. Then, after test results came back showing that I need medication, Dr Bowen ignored them! It has been three days since I was seen, I was told by her nurse that a prescription would be sent before the pharmacy closed and it still has not happened! I will never go back to this clinic again and would never recommend it to anyone! Even if it means that you have to drive a little further to go elsewhere DO IT!

I'm a nurse at a different health care facility. I called this clinic 7 times over an 8 day period, on behalf of a patient.First 4 calls were to get orders from the MD, last 3 were to get a manager to call me. As of this writing, not a single person has called me back. My patient ended up in the ED because no one would give me orders to provide proper care. We had exhausted our options.

They will take literally anything you say in a preventive care visit and code it as a concern so they can charge you for a visit.
