My actual physical therapy experience was mediocre, but I would definitely not recommend for transparent billing and insurance: I wasn't told the billing rate of $300/45 minutes before starting PT, front desk told me the wrong co-pay amount in multiple visits, and finally bills were sent over a month after appointments to an outdated email address I never confirmed

I've received treatment for neck, back and chronic pain at Courage Kenny vadnais heights on 3 different occasions and can say it's awesome. Brett, Jeffrey and Ben have been so helpful. The whole staff from the front desk to the therapists are so kind and welcoming. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Jim Kilbane
