What I discovered is my review will repeat what others have said. ASP staff from Barb in the office to the electricians & plumbers that we worked with were professional, respectful, & courteous. They kept us updated on the progress of the job, verified the work that we wanted done so that it was done to our specs, & they gave us a walk-thru of all the work including the installation of the Generac generator. And, they cleaned up the worksite. Nothing was left behind. We will definitely be in contact with ASP for all our needs, & we intend to sign up for the Service Plan.“

“I’ve found that Tim’s Pipes are enjoyable to work with. They answer the phone and are very responsive. Their technicians are friendly and obviously very competent.
However, I’m puzzled about their pricing. About a month ago, the technician arrived at our house before the need for a drain cleaning was determined to be necessary. The toilet was plunged repeatedly with no results. After a long phone conversation with Tim, it was determined that the issue was a clogged drain. The access to the drain is under the washing machine. Once that was moved, the drain cleaning encountered many roots and took a considerable amount of time. The technician was on site for at least two hours. The charge of $400 was very fair and appropriate.
A few weeks ago, my daughter’s drain was backing up. I handled it for her because she is a 1st grade teacher and cannot meet service people during the day. The technician had clear access to the drain and ran into almost no obstructions. From the time he arrived until the time he was out the door was approximately 50 minutes. She was charged $400. Although she paid it, I honestly didn’t understand how these two service calls could possibly cost the same. If needed, I won’t hesitate to use them again, but as long as you asked…….
