Trevor arrived on time on both visits. He was very professional and unbelievably thorough. His communication skills were excellent as we tried to figure out what was going wrong and how to fix it. He listed several suggestions and we mutually agreed upon having a new hot water heater installed, since ours was 25 years old, and had additional piping issues. He not only spent an exceptional amount of time and effort putting in all of the pipes and exhaust systems but he also repaired some of the work that had been done before involving the furnace. John was professional, informative, honest and complete in performing his duties during routine checkup.
He was patient explaining our unit to us. He has gained our trust in taking care of our furnace, air exchanger and air conditioner.
He was on time with the appointment that was scheduled.
