Shaelyn of Bodies in Balance is exceptional in many ways! She is helpful, understanding, and so knowledgeable about ways to help my health. I am very thankful to have found her and Bodies in Balance!
I just Of the several times that I’ve been here, everything is so clean and tidy! The equipment is clean and it meets all of my fitness needs. I’m so happy to have found a gym where I can improve on my wellness-both physically and mentally!
The staff here are excellent! The gym has a lot of great equipment, for both cardio and to improve strength in all areas. I have see so much improvement in myself since coming here for physical therapy. You won't be disappointed! I attribute most of my success to Shaylyn (sorry if that's spelled wrong). She is a dedicated physical therapists assistant, very personable and comfortable to be around! The owner, Amy, definitely knows what she's doing. She highers well and the facility is clean and cozy throughout. I've seen Annie mostly for progress checks but she is also very knowledgeable and cheerful. I've enjoyed working with her as well.
