I worked with Sarah Cox to obtain new auto and homeowner insurance. Sara was well prepared for our meeting (an enjoyable face-to-face meeting in the Age Of Zoom). She had already assembled public information from my county of residence along with other information to which she has access as an insurance professional.
Her preparation was evident in her thoroughness at explaining the line items on which she knew from experience clients needed clarification, as well as those which came up during the meeting.
She anticipated many of my questions and brought up subjects that were on my list regarding coverage even before I asked. Another aspect I valued was her timely response on issues that arose as the process of switching insurance companies unfolded.
