I called and got an appointment same day to drop off my computer. It was checked on the spot and the problem found. He did not have the part but told mw where I might get one locally and if not he would order it for me. I found the part which required just to plug it in. resolved very quickly and for a minimal charge. I highly recommend Mark, he knew immediately what to check when I described my issue and resolved it within minutes.
