I've been going here for a while now and always have a great experience with the staff, but I really want to take a moment to shout out a visit I had recently, I believe her name was Jill (I'm so sorry if that's wrong) but I went in two weeks ago pretty distraught after getting news about my son and she literally was an angel, took care of me above and beyond with getting me calmed down via spa services and my normal tan/spray - I really needed someone to just give me kindness that night and I truly got it. I was a member of this location for over a year. The staff were always prompt and ready to check you in. They cleaned the facilities and equipment well. Over time, I went less and less, especially because I didn't actually tan, but rather used their sunless treatments. I don't think the red light products were that effective: I always felt extremely pressured to purchase products. When I wanted to cancel my membership, I had to go through many hoops. First, I wasn't about to cancel in person. I had to go online. After submitting my cancellation request, I had to wait for a customer service email.
