I cannot recommend Springborn Heating & Air Conditioning enough! Our central AC unit is 36 years old and hasnt been working for the past year. These heat waves have been so hard on our family. Being low-income and dealing with severe health issues and a teenager in the house, I was incredibly anxious about how we would survive the heat, especially since standard grant programs had funding cuts and we couldn't do a loan. I called the owner, and he was incredibly compassionate. He sent a technician out to inspect our system completely free of charge. Professional staff to work with proving information on multiple AC configurations that would cool my home. Professionally installed coil, outside unit and work areas were cleaned when project completed. Would recommend Springborn.

I spoke with Rob and he was very informative and wanted to make sure I understood my options and what would work with my existing duct work. He did not push me to purchase more expensive items than I needed. He truly cares about his customers! I highly recommend Rob!! It is nice to find an honest and caring business owner these days!
