Been going here for years now, and was where I first got into weightlifting. Great environment for you to come and workout especially with friends. Front desk staff are always kind and happy to help with any questions you may have. 5 stars.
I’ve been going here for almost 4 years and the student deal is bang for your buck. For how nice the gym is and the student deal only making it about $35 a month is an absolute steal. With all the gym has to offer like the pool, sauna, basketball court, and gym equipment it’s a no brainer. So i absolutely recommend it, me and all my friends love it here. and i absolutely love hitting the three piece combo with my boys
River Valley is my favorite spot in town! I’ve been going here for 4 years now, and I always feel at home. I went off to college 2 years ago, and one of the biggest things I look forward to when coming back home is going to river valley! I love all the machines and weight room setup here. It’s not ridiculously busy like my college gym always is. My favorite part is hitting what I call “The 3 piece combo” after a workout: Sauna, cold shower, hot tub.
