I started working with Diane receiving acupuncture the last couple of weeks. It has completely changed my life on every level. I've been an acupuncture patient at Olson Acupuncture Group for 12½ years, and recently tried a 30 minute cupping session with Ingrid Bloom. Having had only brief exposure to cupping in my acupuncture sessions, I wasn't sure quite what to expect. Ingrid was very thorough in her explanation of how the cups would first be moved along my back using long strokes in various directions to warm up the area, then several cups would be positioned in a stationary fashion in specific areas where I was experiencing any pain, discomfort, or tightness.
