I had the most amazing surprise at Jappa a few weeks ago. I had a hair appointment with Sam, who treated me like a queen. First of all I was served wine and later coffee. In the meantime the receptionists about 4 of them kept asking me if I needed anything. Sam worked on my hair long heavy hair for four hours!! Never once did he seem tired or even once look af the clock. Plus, he gave me the best head massage I have ever had. at this time , we were the only only people left in the salon plus the receptionist's. Absolutely love the Japa team! Jillian is amazing keeping my thick heavy hair in line and looking great. Sam is a master for my coloring needs and gives the best scalp massage. The service and hospitality are outstanding.And slowly I have swapped out my drugstore hairproduct for the good stuff they recommend--amazing results! THIS PLACE IS EXCEPTIONAL!! I called many places trying to get an appt to get my hair done for my granddaughter's wedding. Coming in from out of state, it was difficult to find a place during Covid and on a Sat. I called Japa and from the minute I spoke to the receptionist, Megan, it was a fantastic experience. She squeezed me in on the schedule but it would have made me extremely close to getting to the wedding on time. She called back and got me an earlier time, quite impressive follow through.
