I had the most amazing surprise at Jappa a few weeks ago. I had a hair appointment with Sam, who treated me like a queen. First of all I was served wine and later coffee. In the meantime the receptionists about 4 of them kept asking me if I needed anything. Sam worked on my hair long heavy hair for four hours!! Never once did he seem tired or even once look af the clock. Plus, he gave me the best head massage I have ever had. at this time , we were the only only people left in the salon plus the receptionist's. And when I went to pay Sam, and others were at the front.,They all had big smiles on their faces and I was wondering what the heck was going on. They said "you don't own anything'. You daughter called to make an surprise appointment and to pamper me." They told her I already had an appointment . So it worked perfect. By this time it was after 6:00pm on a Saturday!! Mission accomplished! I want to thank my beautiful daughter Melissa who set this all up. If you haven't been to Jappa, I would give give it a try. Sam is awesome and so is Jamie and all the other stylist's.

Has a haircut with another barber he really messed up my hair and I mean it but then I found out about this ppl through one of my friend and I booked here with sam he was great did his word wonderfully pretty much saved me
If you have wavy hair and if you are not that much into fades n all sam is the guy u need

Hands-down, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a salon. Julie gave me an incredible haircut and brought my hair back to life! But what really made this experience so incredible was getting my hair washed. It started with a warm blanket in a cozy shampoo area, followed by a scalp massage and hair treatment, where I got to relax for 5 minutes. I couldn have stayed there for hours! The entire team is amazing and they really make you feel at home! Thank you for making me feel so special ❤
