Chuck from Hoffman Cooling and Heating was absolutely fantastic! We had a whole house duct cleaning done at an amazing low cost, and the value exceeded expectations. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and super friendly even with our chaotic messy house.

Can I leave more than 5 stars?!?! Wow. Went to bed with no AC and dreaded making a million calls in the morning to try to get someone out before the weekend (not that I figured that would happen with the heat). Went to Hoffman's website, and found a book online button which is amazing! Filled out the form and found they could come right away this morning!
I booked the slot, got a text, and then a phone call a couple hours later saying they could be here in 12-15 minutes. The technician was super friendly and helpful and figured out the problem quickly. While we never want to hear the reality of these kinds of issues, I was given a couple options... read full review
