I absolutely loved working with Brian and Suzanne! They were so great to work with as a new home buyer. Not only were they extremely professional but they also were able to get the inspections done fast with the most thorough report I have ever seen! He was able to identify many issues in our first home option and was so amazing that we had him inspect our second home option after the first one didn't work out. I would highly recommend them!

Brian was lovely to work with! I appreciate how quick he was to respond and get an inspection set up (and on a holiday week no less!) and how he walked us through everything, and made sure we understood before moving on to the next point. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a quality home inspection

After spending the Pandemic getting my finances in order, I embarked on buying my first home this summer. As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what to look for in homes, and was generally clueless about a lot of things. Brian's services were recommended to me by my realtor, and I'm so glad I chose him. His prices are reasonable and very comparable to the other services (I called all those recommended to me to compare pricing), and I definitely feel I got my money's worth.
