Josh did a great job inspecting our lake home. He was easy to work with and very thorough. He pointed out things we hadn't noticed in our first home viewing and gave us recommendations regarding fixing the problems. Definitely recommend Valley Home Inspectors!
Josh was great! He went over everything and was patient with our questions. I liked the ease of being able to schedule online as well as it allowed me to pick a date and time that he was available. The online scheduling took a lot of back and forth out of the mix and the portal was very user friendly to use too when needing to confirm date , time, make a payment, pull the receipt, and download the report .
Josh’s professionalism and thoroughness starts with his website which facilitates making scheduling an appointment for house, garage, well and water analysis and septic inspections quick and easy. We met Josh at the property, after introductions Josh led my wife and myself through a quick and efficient walk through. He competently responded and addressed our concerns and answered our questions. I’d be happy to recommend Josh and Valley Home Inspectors LLC.
