Melissa is the best groomer we've gone to in 30 years!! She did an excellent job, the best ever!!!! We'll only have her take care of our dog. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND MELISSA!!!!!!!!

Melissa is an absolute blessing! We had just adopted a rescue Rough Coat Collie (Claire) four days ago that had been neglected for years, and Melissa got us an appointment within a few days. (Yes, a few DAYS!) I was amazed how hard this woman worked on our Claire, speaking to her softly and gently as she worked for 2 HOURS to clean out 4 years of matting, trimmed her feet, her nails, checked her ears, and combing out 4 YEARS of neglected undercoat. She then gave her a warm bath, complete with conditioning shampoo, and 2 types of conditioner. Very friendly, and I was so impressed with how quickly they fit us in!! I would highly reccomend!!
They even provided Jacque with a new collar, and sweater!!
They go above and beyond!!!!
