Amazing! Our furnace went out at our business and not only did they come quickly to fix it, but the customer service was amazing. The 2 guys were very friendly and professional. I also appreciated that they double checked everything looked good and was working properly before leaving. Overall, I was very impressed and highly recommend them!
After meeting with three other HVAC companies, all of whom said I needed a new air conditioner and coil for over $6,000, Rick Kramer had it fixed in 20 minutes. When I offered him a tip for the great service, he kindly refused because earlier I had mentioned to him that with my wedding coming up, a major expense like a new AC would be a real strain. Exceptional, on-time, and professional — truly above and beyond.
