I'm writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Cory this past Saturday. It was 3:00 AM on a Saturday morning, and I discovered we had no water pressure. After checking that the power was on at both the house and the well, I went online to find a well service company.
Although I always try to use local businesses, and I had emailed the last company that serviced our well a little over a year ago, I didn't receive a response even after calling and texting. Cory is definitely a leading expert in this industry – he immediately knew the cause of the issue, mitigated the impact (on a Sunday afternoon), and promptly replaced my system the next day (once materials were delivered) with premium, high-end equipment to ensure my home was running smoothly & efficiently.
