Fast professional service plus! We needed a charging port for my father's medical device it uses a phone with a special app. The charging port got messed up. They normally charge extra to overnight a part but they openly stated they were already putting in an order and would just add it to it. They could have easily charged me the 25$ for overnight i wouldnt have known the difference. They earned a customer for life.
I brought my sons computer to Techmate to upgrade storage. They did a great job and knew exactly what to do. They kept me updated via text which was super convenient.
