I went into the store with a dirty charging port thinking I needed a new one. Austin the general manager cleaned it and got it working like it’s new, free of charge! I definitely recommend to anyone having any phone issues!
St. Michael location: Abby was very pleasant and knowledgeable over the phone. When we brought the laptop in to the shop, they were able to fix it the same day. David was extremely knowledgeable also and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services or equipment. We would absolutely not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them. They have refurbished equipment for sale, and plan to return to purchase a laptop.
