I originally was set up with 6 appointments for chronic knee pain but ended up cancelling after the first 2 concluded because I felt I could manage the workouts at home and THANK GOD I did. Prior to the appointment, I called the front desk to inquire about how much I would be getting charged at these appointments and also confirmed upon my first two appointments that I attended and each time their customer service/front desk was CERTAIN that my visits would be covered with my insurance.
