Based on the reviews, The Villas at The Park is a place where the facility is very clean and well maintained. The administration, social worker, and working staff do everything they can to make you comfortable. The staff show up every day with heart and care for you, listen, laugh, and stand by you through tough moments. The staff became more than caregivers; they became family. The majority of the aides and nurses provide excellent care. The Physical and Occupational therapy team is top notch. The place offers high level of care, a beautiful facility, and a great location near walking paths, restaurants, and coffee shops. The food is usually good, but the amount is often minimal. This place feels like a second home; safe, uplifting, and comforting. The staff treat you like more than just a patient, but like a person.
We as family so happy with The Villas At the Park. From the administration and social worker and even the working staff do everything they can to make you comfortable. I am glad we picked this place.
The facility is very clean and well maintained. The majority of the aides and nurses provide excellent care. I am frequently disappointed in the amount of food provided, especially the evening meal. However the food we get is usually good but the amount is often minimal.
This is a review for Tess, she is a administrator at the villas. I normally do not write reviews for people but when there's somebody that stands out I am compelled to write a review for her. For several weeks now I have had a very pleasant experience with Tess. When somebody stands out In a big way she deserves to be recognized.
