This nail salon is great-- the staff is great at accommodating requests ! I have asked about ombre nails and they slay it every time ! Have not left disappointed yet! The wait time may be long at times, that's the only down side but it was only one time out of the many times I've been there so I'd still without a doubt return! Vibes are great-- clean and relaxed atmosphere !
My favorite part is the convenience in appointment selection. They have a user-friendly online portal and can search for a specific technician or go with whoever is available. I will say if you choose, "who is available," the name given on your reservation and who you might work with could be different, but if you don't care it's a non-issue. I understand the pricing comments from other reviewers, but i've found if I ask, they can explain during your services or I am more aware and ask if something will be extra. This is my favorite nail salon ever. Zoe is simply the sweetest best nail tech around. I stopped getting my nails done for 2 years for various reasons, but I just came back and Zoe remembered all the things that I like. Satisfied all the way
