We had a great experience working with Mark and his installers. First, when he visited to give us a quote, he fixed an issue with our existing blinds that the company who had installed them hadn't been able to address. Second, we had been looking for shades in a bright color that would pop. Bright colors appear hard to find in shades, and we had looked around for months. Mark was able to deliver them. It was a long wait between our deposit payment and the installation, but well worth it. The installation was swift and problem-free. And no hidden costs added on at the end -- we paid what he quoted. These guys know what they're doing. We'd definitely work with them again!

Staff are very honest and knowledgeable- they were able to repair a shade of mine for $25 within an hour, when I was quoted over $100 and a two week time frame from a big-box retailer.Although I didn't need to purchase any new shades from them at this time, they've earned a loyal customer in me for the future.
