Our home-buying journey began with meeting Jim, who seamlessly transitioned from our realtor to our project manager. From start to finish, Renovate by Werschay truly transformed our house into a home. Mollie was an absolute joy to work with and has an incredible eye for detail and design. She thoughtfully reimagined our existing space, opening up rooms to function more efficiently—from the walk-in pantry and open stairwell to a stunning shower with a wall-to-wall niche and a corner fireplace that is both beautiful and functional. We loved being able to add personal touches throughout the process by selecting tile, light fixtures, and paint colors. We always felt included, informed, and truly part of the journey. Mollie coordinated all vendor appointments, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. You don’t always realize how many people are working behind the scenes to keep everything on track while life continues—and this team handled it flawlessly. Werschay kept our remodel organized and stress-free from beginning to end. We’d like to sincerely thank Jim and Pete for working so closely with us to ensure the project stayed on schedule and was completed with exceptional quality—and for continuing to follow up even after completion. Randy with Oak Hill Cabinetry did phenomenal work; the custom white oak cabinets are absolutely stunning. Cutting Edge Flooring worked incredibly hard, and the hardwood floors turned out beautifully. Dillon’s carpentry skills are truly impressive—his talent and craftsmanship stood out throughout the entire project. Mollie, Jim, Pete, and Dillon—thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and for creating an amazing house we are proud to call our home. They came in and did a BEAUTIFUL job on an addition to our home. Turned out better than we had hoped, they came in on budget, and were a pleasure to work with (especially Logan and Pete, with some timely advice from Mollie)!
