After having sleeves on raincoat shortened by professional tailoring business at the Albertville Outlet Mall who did an excellent job of shortening sleeves. I brought into Coborns for dry cleaning so coat would be fresh and pressed. Upon picking it up coat I noticed BOTH sleeves had rip marks on the cuff edge on the same exact spot on both sleeves! Like both sleeves had been clamped straight for pressing and got over stretched. I inquired about the damage and Tops/Coborns response is: those marks were made by the tailors. Coborns waived the dry cleaning fee however. I will now take all my cleaning to Natures Dry Cleaners in Elk River.
