Honestly this place is generally pretty good with regards to the haircuts. My gripes are with the cost (it has just become so expensive) and, more than that, the fact that you can no longer schedule an appointment for a specific time. That means you can't even plan your day around getting a haircut. You have to hope that the wait won't be too long, or you are simply out of luck. It is an honestly terrible practice that wastes people's time.

Downloaded app and drove to appointment at the time it told me in the app. Showed up 15min early and was told that i was skipped and needed to wait 2 hours as i was put at the bottom of the list.

Was exactly what I wanted. No waves, high spots it's very consistent with this fad, better then I imagined and I'm very impressed with no corrections needed after looking in the mirror the first time!!! 😁 keep up the good work Shania
