They gave me the tools I needed to make my neck stronger. I always had a good time when I was there, even though it was tough most days. The environment was so friendly and silly, it made the time go by super quick. I am someone who gets bored quickly and tends not to finish things like this, but I did finish this program and graduated. Its very cool and the entire staff is a blast. Highly recommend them!
Jen and the entire staff at Specialized Spine were really great. They gave me the tools I needed to heal, to strengthen, and to continue the work at home once I graduated from the neck/back program. I was in a world of hurt when I came to them with a bulging disc and pinched nerve and had very limited mobility. It took time and dedication on my part, but by working the program, I am in a much better place and continue to improve. I'd highly recommend them for any PT you need for neck and back. Great experience!
Highly recommend! Great staff and a lot of fun! Knowledgeable staff with proven results. My back, hips, feet were hurting no matter whether I exercised or not. I tried a back injection and it didn't work. I didn't know what to do to get better. I decided to go to spinal rehab for physical therapy. They helped me strengthen the areas that hurt and gave me stretches and exercises I can do at home or at the gym. It has turned my life around and gotten me back to being active again. They've given me the knowledge of how to keep myself out of pain. Super grateful for this staff!
