“I was nervous dropping off my wedding dress as it is a timeless piece a bride will treasure and potentially pass down one day. When I went to pick up my dress the original dust and dirt was removed and I was so thrilled but oddly, a different mark was on the dress that wasn't there at drop off. The manager was kind and professional, redid the process and got the marks out. The only trouble we had was on pick up again as the dress had been checked out of their system the first time we went to pick up, therefore trying to pick up after the redo they told us the dress was not there. After some assistance from other staff they located it, safe and sound. It is beautifully pressed and well cleaned. Thank you ever so much!“
