For no reason in particular, I dug up this white oak root to make cookies for various projects. Not knowing where to take it, I found Mike on google. I was impressed w/ his website and was equally impressed on the day we got it cut up. As I’ve never had anything milled before, the morning was very entertaining watching Mike do his thing. He explained everything as he went & made the morning very informative. He gave me some tips for epoxy work as well. I look forward to working with Mike again

Mike Created and Installed 3 solid live-edge Hickory benches in the dressing rooms in my office...they Look Amazing! Everybody loves them. Deep cracks and grooves were filled with dark epoxy and sanded smooth for extreme strength and a super cool look. I'm beyond happy. Dressing room benches, usually a mundane part of a chiropractic office, are now one of the main focal points in my office.

Mike is a very knowledgeable woodworker. He has helped me a lot with a project I am working on, both hands on help and has also educated me on a few things. He has an awesome collection of tools to get any project done and done well. Looking forward to working with him on my next project!

I use my samill to create one of a kind slabs that are used to build my furniture, and to sell to others for their projects. I then dry them in one of my kilns. I mill logs for others both here, and off site. Must have a full day of cutting to go mobile. On Site milling is $110/hour with a 1hour minimum. Mobile is $125/hr with 9hr minimum. I do a lot of epoxy work, and build family memory pieces. I build a lot of coffee tables, dining tables, wall art, fireplace mantles, cribbage boards, charcuterie boards, serving platters. About 90% of the slabs that I cut are sold to contractors, and the DIY market. About half of my work is for commercial customers.
