Both me and two of my friends got laptops from One PC Guy. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I bought it almost a year ago and it's been great!
After my iMac failed to boot up after installing updates, I determined my computer problem was beyond my scope. Not having any ultra-techy folk in my immediate family or close friends, I decided to seek professional help. In checking local reviews, I found One PC Guy. He was easy to reach and after dropping the computer off, he maintained communication with me, and kept me abreast on the progress. Ultimately, he diagnosed the problem and told me he was not able to fix it. I'm sure he spent several hours on it but he said there was no charge because he couldn't fix the problem. He referred me to where I'd need to go in order to get the information I wanted off my hard drive and told me what it would likely cost. I appreciated his honesty and his humility in acknowledging that he was unable to fix the problem—there's nothing worse than someone who won't admit their limitations and make existing problems worse in the process. I'll definitely return to One PC Guy in the future if I have more computer problems. The experience was 100% positive. He also had some excellent deals on iPads, and used iMacs. Thanks One PC Guy,
