They were nice and talked to me before my appointment time. They fixed one person's problem for pretty much free cause she had an alternate port to charge from she didn't know about.

All I needed was a graphics card removed and SSD put in. I couldn't get the card out without a plastic trim tool cause of the angle and location.

They could do that for me for $140 and 2-3 days later.

My PC is my life and I'm not going without it for 3 days. Much less on a job that would take several minutes because they want to test parts and run an inspection. That's not what I want them to do, and more so they don't need to run diagnostics on it. It's hardware install...read full review

Calvin and Cade were a huge help at the St. Cloud Best Buy Geek Squad location, ran diagnostic on my iPhone, found the problem, and had a new one ordered for me all in under 30 minutes! Highly recommended!

Ordered a remote start online for my car. Waited over a month for an install date. Get to drop my car off and get the "we don't install this on cars with manual transmissions. Store policy"Awesome, you think Best buy would, you know, SPELL THIS OUT instead of wasting my time. And further I had to wait 25 minutes for them to return it because it was past the returnable date.
