🤩My Toshiba printer/copier went sideways this morning and I needed tech support. The printer home screen had an error message I'd never seen before today. I could not print from my computer. Tanner called - a quick response time - and began to troubleshoot the error message. This are qualities I appreciated about Tanner: kindness, not intimidating, used instruction and explanations I could understand, smart, patient, relational. Because of his interventions, I was able to get my work done today. You have a gem of an employee. Thank you!
