Woke to a freezing house. Made 1 call and Dylan came to my rescue!!! He even called to ask if he can come a little EARLY. Heck yes!! Highly recommend H&S!! Add me to the Happy & Satisfied list!!
These guys saved my butt! I woke up to it being 41 degrees in my house. My heater was cycling on and off with no heat coming through and when I called they had a technician come out within a couple of hours. When the tech found out what was defective, he luckily had the part on hand and installed it and was out of there within an hour. They also replaced my A/C and the two techs were very knowledgeable and were able to answer some questions I had. I recommend H and S if you want to be Happy and Satisfied!
I am incredibly happy with my experience in using H&S Heating & Air--Jeremy was fast, friendly, and professional! My furnace stopped working and Jeremy was there promptly, and he quickly got my heat running again. He also took the time to explain all the steps he was taking to fix my furnace, which I appreciate. He even took a quick peek at my A/C unit for me! I have used H&S over the years and they do great work. A+ service for sure! Thank you, H&S!
